HOW TO PLACE YOUR ORDER
All Orders are made in advance:
(1) By calling +234(0) 817.265.8011, +234(0) 817.265.8012 Monday to Saturday 6am to 6pm.
OR
(2) By emailing CustomerService@SovereignIsaacs.com
Monday to Saturday 24/7.
Depending on type and quantity, Orders made between 6am and 12 Noon can be delivered on the same day.
BILLING AND PAYMENT
The Customer is emailed an Invoice.
All payment is by Direct Bank Transfer.
The Customer is emailed a Receipt.
DELIVERY
Delivery is free within certain parts of The Island during off peak hours only.
The Customer must be present to receive the delivery.
The Receiving Customer must follow all safety protocols for ease of entrance and exit of the assigned Delivery Associate to the delivery residential or commercial address.
COVID 19
We continue to observe safe social distancing.
No mask, no delivery.
Deliveries to private or commercial address are at primary level.
We will contact you to acknowledge safe receipt.
